Figure 2 (A and B): (A and B) This patient had a Glasgow coma scale of 9 at admission and on three months of follow up Glasgow outcome score turned out to be 3. Note frontal reduced cerebral blood flow and volume with corresponding raise in mean transit time. Quantitative analysis revealed reduced perfusion parameters on left frontal lobe [CBF15 ml/100g/min; CBV 1.8 ml/100g; MTT7.1 s]
