The concept of Cloud Computing wherein a computer grid is created using internet with the sole purpose of utilizing shared resources such as computer software, hardware on a pay per use model. The growing awareness of such a model would be useful in due course of time in radiology departments and appropriate concerns in day-to-day practice.

The magnetic resonance (MR)-focused articles such as Diffusion-weighted in renal dysfunction could highlight current perspectives in altered renal physiology together with other articles on prostatic cancer and congestive heart failure.

The increasing use of bisphosphonate therapy provides new insights into complications such as atypical femoral fractures.

Although due care is taken always, contrast in the body may not reach the desired end-point-as highlighted in one of the articles.

The mini-symposia on Head and Neck Radiology will spill over to the next issue. The gradual improvement in imaging techniques from radiographs and bariums from the first half of the past century to multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET)-CT currently have made a major impact in understanding the various disease processes and potential spread. This issue contains three pictorial essays on Oral cancers, Larynx, and Orbit.

I wish to thank Dr. Bhavin Jankharia for giving me the opportunity to be the Guest Editor of the Head and Neck symposia and to all authors and reviewers for their prompt cooperation.
