A 27 years old male patient presented with odynophagia and significant weight loss. The patient was a 'Truck driver' by profession. Significant finding in the blood examination was 'decreased CD 4+'. Barium esophagogram was done that suggested a specific condition. Following this an Endoscopy and Biopsy were done that confirmed the diagnosis. What do you think it was?
