Acardiac monster (18 weeks pregnancy) lying adjacent the fetal abdomen of the normal twin fetus. Because of extreme bizarre appearance, acardiac monster (arrow) may mimic an anterior abdominal wall defect. In this case one long bone (femur) was clearly visualized in the mass.
