A): X ray Cervical spine lateral view show posterio dislocation of C6 in relation to C5. B) and C) are T1W and T2W sagittal images confirm the findings of Conventional radiography. In addition, the disk herniation between C5 and C6 is seen posteriorly compressing the cord leading to a long segment of cord edema extending from C2/C3 disk space to C6/C7 disk space.
