Postero-anterior chest radiograph (A) shows areas of consolidation with irregular borders preferentially involving central areas. HRCT of the same patient at the level of right lower lobe bronchus (B) shows bilateral consolidation with air-bronchogram (arrow). Postero-anterior chest radiograph of the same patient taken after 11 years (C) shows bilateral bullous areas (long arrows) in the lower zones with fibrosis along with pleural thickening in left upper zone (short arrow) and clearing of consolidation seen in Fig. 13(A).
