Lobar HP. Antenatal axial sonogram (A) of fetal head at 37 weeks of gestation shows anteriorly fused ventricle with absent cavum septum pellucidum and ventriculomegaly. (V-ventricle, arrow-central mass). Postnatal coronal cranial sonogram (B) at day one shows absent septum pellucidum and square dilated frontal horns. CT scans (C, D) showing fused anterior horns, separated thalami, and disproportionate enlargement of the occipital horns (ihf-interhemispheric fissure; t-thalami, ah-anterior horns, ph -posterior horns).
