A 20yr. Old lady presented with loss of consciousness and multiple seizures after giving birth to a stillborn two days before.There is no history of obstetrical monitoring during pregnancy . No previous medical records of the patient were available..On examination her blood pressure was found to be 180/100 mm of Hg.and her urinary albumin was 2+.The patient underwent plain and contrast C.T. scan of the head.
