A 5 1/2 year old female child presented with gradually progressive abdominal distension, chronic constipation and episodic vomiting since birth. Her abdomen was distended and she had two firm, non-tender, intra-abdominal lumps moving well with respiration. The provisional clinical diagnosis made was abdominal Kochs with cold abscesses.

Skiagrams of the chest and abdomen did not reveal any specific abnormality.

A CECT abdomen with axial, coronal and saggittal reconstructions as well as ultrasound of the abdomen using a high resolution probe was performed.

What is the diagnosis?
