A 25-year-old gentleman, presented with left iliac fossa pain of 5 days duration. Pain was continuous in nature with no radiation and no vomiting. He was passing stools normally. No H/o fever. H/O recurrent episodes of similar type of pain since 3 yrs. [Figure - 1][Figure - 2] shows contrast enhanced CT of lower abdomen.
