   History and physical findings Top

A nine-month-old male child presented with a rapidly increasing head circumference, palpable defect in right side of parietal bone and decreased use of left upper limb.

   Imaging findings Top

MRI Brain was performed. T1 & T2W axial images [Figure - 1][Figure - 2] show a large intra axial mass involving right frontal and parietal lobe. The mass has cystic and solid components. The solid component is isointense to the brain parenchyma on T1 and T2 W images. It enhances significantly on contrast administration [Figure - 3][Figure - 4]. Enhancement of the meninges besides the mass suggests dural involvement by the tumor. No regions of signal void to suggest calcification were visualised.
