A 24-year-old woman, who was on oral contraceptives for more than one year underwent

ultrasonography as a part of investigation for infertility. Ultrasonography showed an iso-echoic lesion in liver. The routine blood examinations were normal and serum AFP level not elevated. Axial NECT scan image of lesion is shown in [Figure - 1]. The arterial phase contrast CT is in [Figure - 2] and delayed phase image in [Figure - 3]. What is your diagnosis?
