A 35 year old male presented with history of nasal obstruction with recurrent episodes of epistaxis for the past seven months.

On clinical examination, there was a large red, polypoid mass in the nose which bled profusely when touched.

The nasal septum was partially destroyed. The cervical groups of lymph nodes were enlarged.

A CT scan of the PNS was performed. Enhanced axial (Figs 1 and 2) and coronal (Fig 3) sections are shown below. What is your diagnosis?
