A boy had a normal prenatal and perinatal history. By 4 years of age delayed motor and language development were evident. Short stature was also seen. He was otherwise well until 9 years of age when he had several episodes of generalized tonic clonic seizures with left arm weakness and sensory loss. The left hemiparesis resolved within 4 weeks. Two months later he complained of sudden blindness. The blindness improved and CT scan showed non-enhancing bioccipital lucencies. At age 15 he was admitted to the hospital with fever, vomiting and sudden onset of weakness in the right hand, confusion and hyper aggressive behaviour. There was no history of trauma. The patient underwent an MR examination of the brain [Figure - 1],[Figure - 2],[Figure - 3],[Figure - 4]. What is the diagnosis?
