A twenty nine years old female presented with complaints of loosing height and generalized body pains of three years duration. On examination she was ill built, short in stature, needing support while walking. Routine investigations including renal, liver functions and serum electrolytes were normal. Serum alkaline phosphoctase, Paratharmone were elevated where as Vitamin D3 was low. Following radiographs were done skull lateral view, pelvis AP view chest PA view, lumbosacral spine lateral view. What is the diagnosis ?
