A fifteen year old girl presented to our hospital with short stature, polydactyly and gradually increasing knock knees. On examination the girl had dysplastic and partially absent teeth, hypoplastic nails, bilateral genu valgum and evidence of atrial septal defect. Her psychomotor and mental development was within normal limits. She had a normal menstrual history. A skeletal survey was conducted. Radiographs of both hands and wrists [Figure - 1], both knees [Figure - 2], pelvis [Figure - 3] and right foot and ankle [Figure - 4] are shown. What is the diagnosis?
