A 4-year-old female child presented with delayed milestones and recurrent generalized seizures. On examination the child was found to have microcephaly, optic atrophy, bilateral sensorineural hearing loss, mental retardation and spastic quadriparesis. She was subjected to a plain and contrast CT scan of the head [Figure - 1],[Figure - 2].
