A 5 year old female, presented with mental retardation, loss of distant vision, abnormal head posture, cerebral palsy and left hemiparesis since birth. The elder brother of the child had died at the age of 3 years due to juvenile CML. Two younger brothers were normal. She was delivered normally at term. Developmental milestones were retarded. Vitals were normal. There was no icterus or lymphadenopathy. CNS examination revealed mental retardation and left hemiparesis. Distant vision was 6/60 with 15 alternating exotropia. Both eyes revealed whitish retinal mass with a patch of chorioretinitis. The parents and the child were negative for HIV. The child was subjected to a plain [Figure - 1],[Figure - 2],[Figure - 3],[Figure - 4] and contrast enhanced CT scan of the head. There was no enhancement of lesions following intravenous contrast.
