A forty-nine-year-old woman presented with complaints of mild abdominal pain, weight loss and a lump in the left upper quadrant, of two month duration along with vomiting since two days. General examination revealed pallor. On abdominal examination a vague lump was felt in epigastric as well as left upper quadrant region. Laboratory parameters were - Hb 10.0gm%, TLC 16800, DLC P77, L15, M4, E4, Platelet count 326000, PT 13(Control-12), Serum amylase level was 71 U/L, Urinary amylase level 97U/L. She was diagnosed diabetic six months earlier, with blood sugar level 196mg/l - post-meal.

USG [Figure - 1] and CT [Figure - 2] were performed.
