A 78 years old women presented with a 6 months history of heaviness in the lower abdomen associated with nausea and occasional vomiting. There was no history of abdominal pain, distension, weight loss or loss of appetite. Clinical examination revealed a moderately built, well nourished elderly female with a vague, nontender, slightly mobile mass in the right lumbar region extending into the right liiac fossa. This mass did not move appreciably with respiration. Laboratory examination revealed a normal hemoglobin, WBC count and electrolytes. Ultrasound examination revealed a large oblong well defined cystic lesion in the right iliac fossa with heterogenous echoes within the lumen. There was no free fluid. Barium enema examination and contrast enhanced CT scan were done. Spots of barium examination and CT scan are shown in [Figure - 1] and [Figure - 2].
